Dirk van Reenen
Dirk van Reenen is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for empowering small businesses and helping them thrive. In 2017, he founded BERGflow, a company dedicated to providing business owners with the tools, strategies, and frameworks to build extraordinary teams and achieve sustainable growth. With years of experience leading multiple successful companies, Dirk developed the Pivot Ready™ Teams system, a revolutionary approach to structuring businesses and creating high-performing teams equipped for execution. Through BERGflow, Dirk works with clients via consulting, training, and speaking engagements, sharing his expertise to help organizations overcome challenges and unlock their potential.
When he’s not driving innovation in the business world, Dirk enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, Kristin, and their children, Jax and Kate. He is often found exploring the wilderness in a jeep, embodying the same enthusiasm and drive that he brings to his professional endeavors.

Angela Williams
Angela Williams co-founded Super Inspector in 2013 alongside her husband, Blake Williams. Prior to launching the company, Angela worked as a sales associate and district sales coordinator for Aflac Insurance from 2005 to 2013. Her expertise in sales and coordination played a pivotal role in shaping the vision for Super Inspector. Together, Angela and Blake aimed to establish the largest inspection company in Texas, complemented by a group of vertically aligned real estate service companies. Today, the company, now known as Super Team Services, employs over 100 team members across 5 states and 6 divisions, including residential and commercial property inspections, move-in concierge, pest control, HVAC services, and real estate education and training.

Blake Williams
Blake Williams co-founded Super Inspector in 2013 with his wife, Angela Williams. Before launching the company, Blake gained valuable experience working for his father’s inspection and pest control businesses from 1998 to 2009. Combining his industry expertise with Angela's sales acumen, Blake helped build Super Inspector with the vision of creating Texas' largest inspection company alongside vertically aligned real estate service companies. Since hiring their first team member in 2013, Blake has overseen the growth of the company, now operating as Super Team Services, which employs over 100 team members across 5 states and 6 divisions. In 2022, the company achieved over $10,000,000 in sales, a testament to its ongoing success and expansion.
